Want to start the fun early? Before Fall Fun Fest, kick off your Halloween adventure with progressive trick-or-treating starting in Historic Railroad Square at 3:30 p.m., then making stops through Santa Rosa Plaza followed by downtown businesses before joining the main festivities at Fall Fun Fest at 5 p.m.
