Grand Bazaar of Petaluma

📅 November 8 & 9

Petaluma’s biggest indoor arts and crafts fair returns Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 8–9, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Petaluma Fairgrounds. Admission and parking are free.

The two-day event will feature more than 100 artists, crafters, and vendors offering a wide range of goods, from holiday décor and gifts to rare collectibles and one-of-a-kind items. Visitors can browse jewelry, clothing, pottery, woodworking, glasswork, kids’ toys and books, dolls, miniatures, candles, soaps, and more. Vendors will also offer vintage pieces, pet accessories, gift cards, and popular brands such as Mary Kay and Tupperware.

The fair will include food, snacks, and live entertainment each day!

Winterblast

Winterblast is a magical celebration of the coming season. A nighttime procession of wildly decorated sofas being pushed through the streets among stilt walkers, marching bands and a sea of lanterns. There will be food, music, a host of engaging activities, and a number of open art studios to visit. 

Veterans Holiday Market

The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Auxiliary Post 1943 proudly announces the return of its 3rd Annual Veterans Holiday Market, at the Sonoma Valley Veterans Memorial Building.

This two-day event is free and open to the public, with a special invitation extended to military and veteran families.

Shoppers can explore a vibrant marketplace featuring local North Bay artists and crafters, offering a wide range of handmade and one-of-a-kind items.

Attendees are also invited to participate in the "Make a Veteran a Christmas Card" activity. Cards created during the event will be distributed to local veterans, including those at the California Veterans Home in Yountville.

The festive atmosphere will be enhanced with live music performed by talented local musicians throughout the weekend.

Healdsburg Turkey Trot

Kicking off on Thanksgiving morning at 8 a.m., the Turkey Trot invites everyone – from competitive runners to families with strollers, and even furry friends – to join in on the 5K fun. Expect a lively crowd of 3,000 to 4,000 runners, walkers, and participants decked out in costumes, festive hats, and even turkey feathers. What started as a humble fun run has evolved into an all-out Healdsburg tradition.

Presented by the Rotary Club of Healdsburg Sunrise and the Healdsburg Running Company, and in partnership with the City of Healdsburg, this community-driven event brings together locals and visitors. The Healdsburg Turkey Trot gives our students a real boost by recognizing and supporting Healdsburg’s high-achieving Scholar-Athletes. Together, we help them move one step closer to their dreams.

Holiday Celebration & Marketplace

Kick off the most wonderful time of the year with a decades-long Dry Creek Vineyard tradition at our annual Holiday Celebration and Marketplace. Sample a selection of limited-release wines perfect for giving and gathering, while you enjoy holiday classics sung by carolers and savor seasonal bites. Peruse charming gifts from local vendors and artisans in our Holiday Market as we celebrate Small Business Saturday, a spectacular time to show support for shop owners and creatives in our community.
